TERMS AND CONDITIONS


The following Terms and Conditions must be agreed to in order to participate in our Click Program. All Terms and Conditions must be abided by, and are legally binding. We reserve the right to terminate this agreement at any time, for any reason.

• Clickthru will pay $0.03 per unique visit to XXX Real Sex. Unique visit is defined as a person who clicks on the banner and actually enters the site.
  
  
• XXX Real Sex Clickthru Program is for Webmasters only. We do not pay on hits from spamming or listing on newsgroups or any other fraudulent method. In the event any of the above conditions exist, we will invalidate all current traffic and we will terminate your account.
  
  
• You may only use banners designed by XXX Real Sex or seek prior approval to use your own.
  
  
• You may post as many banners as you wish on your site. Only one account is permitted per webmaster.
  
  
• Text link syntax can be what we recommend or of your own. You may use any font size within good taste. It must be a productive textlink. No jumpstations or redirections of any type are permitted.
  
  
• Productivity from each account is tracked. Should a member's account be grossly unproductive we will terminate your account. If any fraudulent means are used all revenues to date are forfeited. We pay for all traffic thru our termination period unless fraud is the cause of termination.
  
  
• In the event that XXX Real Sex detect any sort of mechanism that falsely generates hits to the website, and it will be detected, XXX Real Sex will prosecute the person responsible to the fullest extent of the law.
